She was born in Dayton, KY on January 25, 1932. She was the daughter of the late Lucille and Joseph Jaber. She was retired from Western Union Corporation and she was a member of Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church. She is survived by her brother, Charles (Juanita) Jaber of Highland Heights, KY; a stepson, Terry (Pat) Quarles; four nieces, Charlene (George) Miller of Bluffton, SC, Linda (Bob) Hines, Cindy (Jim) Ziegler and Pat (Greg)Wilke all of Cincinnati, OH and their families, as well as several other nieces and nephews; and three granddaughters, Laurie Dotson, Becky Cooke, and Linda Hooper. She is also survived by her loving companion of six years, Mr. Tom Bartunek. The Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 333 Fording Island Rd., Bluffton, SC at 11:00 am, on Friday, March 12, 2010 with burial in St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Ft. Thomas, KY. The family requests memorial donations be made to Hospice Care of the Lowcountry, P.O. Box 3827, Bluffton, SC 29910.
