He was a Chef and Restaurant Manager and former owner of The Pinckney Café in Charleston, SC. He is survived by his wife, Melissa Hall Fletcher of Bluffton, SC; his father and stepmother, Dr. Edward and Pat Fletcher of Destin, FL; one daughter, Hailey M. Fletcher of Bluffton, SC; two brothers, Michael K. Fletcher and Brian K. Fletcher both of Manila, Philippines; three sisters, Christine Fletcher of Savannah, GA, Sharon F. (Fritz) Azanza of Manila, Philippines and Diane F. (Evan) Waller of Louisiana. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton, SC. The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00 pm prior to the service.
