Alvaro Aguilar, 53, of Bluffton, SC passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019 at his home.
Our dad was a loving, gentle and caring man. He loved his family and he worked hard to give us all a better life. He was a follower of Christ and a faithful son. He loved Jesus and he loved his family.
Our dad was born in Costa Rica on September 1, 1966. He is the youngest of eight siblings. He has six brothers and two sisters. Family was the most important thing dad considered in life and his wishes were always to have a closer family.
Our dad was dedicated to his job, he built a second family while working at Year Round Pool for over a decade. He spent most of his time pleasing and serving others, while making sure he always gave his very best. Many of his stories began with how much he loved his customers and the people he worked with.
Our dad was also very talented. He loved to express himself through his art work. He enjoyed free styling, drawing, and using chalk for his master pieces. He loved painting landscapes and using oil paints only. Our dad was one of a kind. His legacy will never be forgotten. When he wasn’t enjoying the outdoors, he could be found watching soccer games or enjoying a Jackie Chan movie.
Our dad's wish was to be buried next to our grandma in Costa Rica. We want to do our very best to make this wish comes true for our dad. Our dad leaves five children to carry on his great attitude, his selfless heart and his legacy.
Our dad is survived by his sons, Alvaro Aguilar of Bluffton and Alex Chavez of FL; daughters, Wendy Stevely of Bluffton, Daniela Garcia of Bluffton, and Isabella Aguilar of FL; brothers, Edgar Carballo Vindas, Jorge Luis Carballo Vindas, Carlos Aguilar Carballo, Marcó Antonio Aguilar Carballo, Luis Fernando Aguilar Carballo, and Roger Aguilar Carballo; sisters, Norma Aguilar Carballo and Guisselle Aguilar Carballo; and one grandchild, Jayden Garcia.
From the bottom of our hearts we THANK YOU for your prayers, love and support. May God bless all of you!
