Margaret Clemmer

Margaret Clemmer, age 94, died Sunday, June 2, 2019 at Bayview Manor Nursing Home in Beaufort, SC.

Mrs. Clemmer was born on January 11, 1925 in Ridgeland, SC, the daughter of the late Meldrum Crosby and Mell Crosby Miller. She was an active member of Ridgeland Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school. She was also an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed cooking and keeping her house clean, but most of all she loved her family.

Mrs. Clemmer is survived by her son, Russell H. Clemmer, III (Tommie) of Bluffton, SC; daughter, Linda Clemmer Adams (Joe) of Hilton Head, SC; grandchildren, Christine Goldstein (Jason) of Hilton Head Island, SC, Sylvia Clemmer Apgar (Mark) of Charlotte, NC, Steadman Adams (Megan) of Hilton Head Island, SC, Elizabeth Clemmer of Charlotte, NC, and Russell H. Clemmer, IV (Lauren) of Altanta, GA.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 7, 2019 at Sauls Funeral Home, 310 W. Adams Street, Ridgeland, SC 29936. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow the funeral service at Ridgeland Cemetery.
