Mary Phyllis Bishoff, formerly of Belpre Ohio, passed away October 12, 2019 at age 83, after a brief illness.
Mary was born on July 19, 1936 in Wymer, West Virginia. She married her high school sweetheart, James Buckner Bishoff, of Morgantown, West Virginia on February 12, 1955 just before his departure to serve his country in the Korean War.
She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed bowling, golf, crafting, collecting, and playing Bingo. She and Jim spent many winters at their home on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina where she enjoyed going to the beach and collecting shells.
She was known for her sense of humor, her infectious laugh, her love for her dogs, and her compassionate spirit for those around her.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Jim Bishoff; three children, Beth Radcliffe; Jim Bishoff; Kathy Sullivan; nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and her friends ~many of whom she considered family.
