Albert F. D'Amico

Albert F. D’Amico, age 90, of Hilton Head Island, SC and formerly of Belleville, NJ died Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Hilton Head Hospital.

Mr. D’Amico was born on November 11, 1928 in Newark, NJ, the son of the late James and Mary D’Amico. He worked with Bob Ciasulli Auto Mall in New Jersey, retiring after 50 years of service as their General Manager. He enjoyed baseball and was an avid New York Yankees fan and also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles.

Mr. D’Amico was preceded in death by his children, Margaret and Leonard D’Amico. He is survived by his daughters, Theresa Turner (John), Margaret Beatty (Ronald), and Elizabeth Elmquist (Gregory); grandchildren, Michael D’Amico (Esther), Kimberly Turner, Deborah D’Amico, Heather Crass (Trey), and Eric Mieloch; and great-grandchildren, Alicia, Joshua, Erica, Michael, Mycala, and Angelina D’Amico, as well as Jackson Crass.

A funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910. The family will be receiving friends from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
