Alfonso Taylor Palmer

Alfonso Taylor Palmer born January 1, 1932 of 80 Schultz Road, Bluffton, South Carolina died Monday January 3, 2011 at the Ridgeland Nursing Center after a brief illness. Mr. Palmer was the son of the late Arizona and Andrew Palmer of Savannah, Georgia.Mr. Palmer lived for many years in Philadelphia where he was employed by Kraft Foods. He is survived by his aunt and uncle, James L. and Carmen Bedford of the Bronx, New York, numerous cousins and a host of friends.A wake will be held from 6 to 8 pm on Thursday January 6th and a funeral on Friday January 7th at 11 am both at the West Broad Seventh Day Adventist Church located at 2501 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Savannah, Georgia. Internment immediately following the service on Friday in the Magnolia Cemetery 5530 Silk Hope Rd., Savannah.
