Alice Joan (Wolthoff) Glover

Alice Joan Glover, our loving mother, who was beautiful, kind hearted, giving, and a most special wonderful person went to be with the Lord on Friday November 2, 2018. She had a zest for life; playing tennis, bridge, having pool parties, and shopping. Her precious memory will live on in our hearts forever. Alice was born on January 21, 1929, the daughter of George and Alice Wolthoff. She is predeceased by her late husband Ronald W. Glover and her faithful friend Ralph Tuten, as well as her five brothers (Milton, Ray, Andrew, George and Harry) and her sister Florence (Babe). She is survived by her five children William (Pam), Robert (Mary Lynn), Steven, Joy (Paul) and Jill. Also her eight grandchildren Preston, Elisa, Brian, Daniel, Noelle, Noah, Jeremy and Drew. She is also survived by sister-in-laws Ellie and Irene Wolthoff and many cousins, nieces (including Barbara Wolthoff, Susan Diamond, Ilene Avia, Mary Borab, and Laurie Kelsey), and nephews (including George Wolthoff and Ralph Sposato). She will be truly missed by all who loved her and whose lives she touched.

Graveside services will be private at Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC.
