Alicia Juanita Brewer

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alicia Juanita Brewer, 47 of Ridgeland. Alicia was born on February 3, 1973 and passed April 2, 2020.

She is preceded in death by her parents Donna and Johnny Malphrus, maternal Grandmother Gladys Peacock Scott, and her aunt Bonnie Burke. She is survived by her daughter Haley Sheffield, aunt Connie Reynolds, uncle Glenn Burke, and cousins Glenn (Bubba) Burke Jr, Jessica Reynolds Keiffer, and Deana Reynolds.

We are only asked to love, to offer hope to the many hopeless. We don't get to choose all the endings, but we are asked to play the rescuers. Tell her God loves her, tell her about forgiveness, the possibility of freedom, tell her she was made to dance in white dresses. All of these are true.
