Allan Stewart Cochin

Allan Stewart Cochin, 72, died Tuesday, December 25, 2007 in the Hilton Head Regional Medical Center, Hilton Head Island, SC.He was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 7, 1935. He was the son of the late Bernard and Lena Bumar Cochin. He moved to Bluffton, SC in 2001. He was the owner of Atwell, Curtis and Brooks, Ltd. of Carle Place, NY. He was a member of the Temple Oseh Shalom of Bluffton and he was a US Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Marsha H. Cochin of Bluffton, SC; one stepson, David H. (Cheryl) Wolff of Stamford, CT; four step daughters, Stacy Blumberg of Ashburn, VA, Debi (Bryan) Mendelson of Livingston, NJ, Nancy (Marc) Landsman of Long Beach, NY, and Mindi Lisa of Pembroke Pines, FL; one brother, Melvyn (Arlene) Cochin of Livingston, NJ; grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Jordan L., Matthew, Jordan D., James, Lauren, Emily, Jake, Alison, Rachel, Josh, Jared and Sam; and two great grandchildren, A.J. and Ezekiel. Funeral services will be held Friday in Paramus, NJ.
