Allen Tindal II

Allen Tindal II, 64, of Ridgeland, SC, passed away on April 23, 2026 at Ridgeland Nursing Center.

He was born on June 16, 1961 in Hampton, SC to the late Allen Tindal and Jean Daring Tindal.

Allen was a jack of all trades and skilled in many different areas of life, but he spent most of his time taking pride in working as a maintenance engineer.

He loved to paint beautiful nature scenes and landscapes, but his heart resided in the river and everything to do with it. Allen loved to fish, crab, shrimp, and gather oysters. He also attended Church of God of Prophecy in Grays.

Allen is survived by his sister, Cindy Heirs, of Grays, SC, his fiancé, Vickie Bell Moroz, of Ridgeland, SC, a son, Dale Heape (April) of Ridgeland, SC, two daughters, Angel Smith (Kenny) of Ridgeland, SC, Brandi Heape (Josh Smith) of Ridgeland, SC, several grandchildren, and a special person he considered as a mother, Rosalind Mixson, of Grays, SC.

He was preceded in death by his parents, maternal and paternal grandparents, a son, Richard Heape, and a grandson, Richard Heape, Jr.
