Anne Crowley became an Angel in Heaven on her birthday (68), Easter Sunday, in her home at 71 Regent Avenue, Westbury Park, Bluffton. Those that knew Anne, she was a fighter and always had a positive attitude which helped fight cancer for the last 17 years. She had an interesting life from growing up in California, being a missionary in Africa, traveling around the world and most important in her life, was her faith in God and her family. She is survived by her Husband, Joe Crowley; Son and Daughter-in-law, Rod and Cynthia Walston of Houston, TX; Daughter and Son-in-law, Pati and Alan Arseneau of Bluffton, SC; Daughter, Lysa Walston currently working in Nigeria, Africa; Grandchildren, Ryan and Renee Walston of Houston, TX and Jackson Arseneau of Bluffton, SC; Sister and Brother-in-law, Carol and Bob Dykes of Palm Dessert, CA; Brother and Sister-in-law, Chuck and Virginia Nolley of Pitts, GA. and a number of nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service was held Monday April 13 at Lowcountry Presbyterian Church, Bluffton. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations are made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of the Lowcountry.
