Anthony J. “Tony” Amodeo

Anthony J. “Tony” Amodeo, age 78, of Bluffton, SC and formerly of Valley Stream, NY died Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Hilton Head Hospital. Tony was born on September 9, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY, the son of the late Anthony and Antoinette Amodeo. He worked as an exhibit organizer for trade shows all over the country during his career. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and while living in Sun City, was a member of the Roadrunners. Tony is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Lucille K. Amodeo; son, Todd A. Amodeo; daughter, Monique Amodeo; and grandchildren, Nicholas A. and Michael A. Amodeo. The family will be receiving friends from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
