Arlan L. Lowe, formerly of Fairbury, Nebraska, passed away at his home in Bluffton on Saturday, January 24th, 2009. He is survived by his brother, Robert Lowe, and sons, Lance and Kevin Lowe. He will be memorialized at the Bluffton Oyster Company on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 10:00 am.
