Arlene “Tootsie” Workman

Arlene “Tootsie” Workman, age 97, of Ridgeland, SC died Sunday, June 17, 2018 at home. Mrs. Workman was born on November 16, 1920 in Michigan, the daughter of the late Ida and John Linder. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Ralph Workman; sons, Billy Joe Scott, Wayne Scott, and Michael Scott; and daughter, Robin McDougal. She is survived by her grandchildren, Lesa Simmons Patrum (Joe), John Scott (Sabrina), Michael Scott (Donna), Rachel Hudnall (Wes), Ryan Aston (Tara), and Nikki Scott. The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Sauls Funeral Home, 310 West Adams Street, Ridgeland, SC 29936. The funeral service and burial will take place in Paris, TN under the direction of Ridgeway Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to your local animal shelter.
