Arthur Howard Allan Jr.

Arthur Howard Allan Jr., 77 of Ridgeland, SC passed away on September 3, 2015 in the Veterans Administration Hospital, Phoenix, AZ. He was born in Muir, Michigan on July 24, 1938 to the late Arthur H. Allan Sr. and Edith Kemp Allan. Arthur was a long distance truck driver; a US Navy veteran and a member of the Coosawhatchie Baptist Church. Arthur is survived by his wife, Betty A. Allan of Ridgeland, SC; three sons, Mark Allan (Helen), Keith Allan and Matthew Allan; one daughter, Lynn Potter (Charles); brother, Douglas Allan and sisters, Kathleen, Mary and Carolyn. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, September 11, 2015 at the Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC.
