Arthur J. Woods, 80, passed away Monday, January 10, 2011, at Beaufort Memorial Hospital in Beaufort, SC.He was born December 1, 1930 in Savannah, GA to the late Laurence and Elsie Rothe Woods.He was a former resident of Hinesville GA where he resided for 28 years. He was a retired foreman for Interstate Paper Company; a US Marine Corps Veteran; a Purple Heart recipient for his bravery during the Korean War; member of Disabled American Veterans and he was a member of Bluffton Assembly of God.He is survived by his wife, Mary S.
