Avis Alease Heape, 77, passed away Monday, October 14, 2013 in Estill, S.C. She was born in Early Branch, SC on April 22, 1936 to the late Guy H. and Ruby Youmans Heape. She lived in Beaufort and Ridgeland before moving to Estill, S.C. She was a member of Port Royal Baptist Church. She is survived by her sisters, Betty H. (Randolph) Smith of Ft. Lauderdale, F.L.; Gerri (Roy) Benton and Margie (Wayland) Chavers, all of Beaufort, S.C. and Judy H. (JD) Roberts of Ridgeland, S.C. Sauls Funeral Home of Ridgeland is assisting the family with their arrangements.
