Basil A. Massey, age 64, of Bluffton, SC died Monday, May 21, 2018 at home. A service of remembrance will be held at Low Country Community Church on Buckwalter Parkway, opposite the Bluffton High School on Wednesday, May 30, 3018 at 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Basil’s name to: Bluffton Self Help, P.O.
