Beatrice Shapiro

Beatrice Shapiro, 82, died Friday, June 14th at her home in Bluffton, South Carolina. She was the loving wife of Nathan for 61 years until his death in 2012. They enjoyed their retirement in South Carolina, making many close friends in the community. Bea was gracious, kind, and generous of heart and will be warmly remembered by all those whose lives she touched with kindness. Her family was everything to her and she will be deeply missed by her three children, Andy (wife Susan), Susan (husband Bill) and Carol and three grandchildren, Katherine, Sam, and Daniel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hollings Cancer Center, Charleston, SC. A graveside service at Beaufort National Cemetery at 11:00 am, Thursday, June 20, 2013.
