Benjamin Jenkins

Benjamin Jenkins, son of the late Gertrude Middleton and the late Tony Bryant was born on January 17, 1929 in Spring Island, South Carolina.He was raised by Queen Jenkins and Blanche Jones. He received his education from Jasper County Public Schools. He was employed by the Savannah Sugar Refinery for over 30 years.Benjamin was always known for keeping busy by cleaning the yards, painting the house and keeping the church clean inside and outside. He enjoyed watching baseball. And of course he loved that truck.He later joined the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church where he served on the Usher Board.On Friday March 22, 2013, at St. Joseph
