Bernard L. Nash

Bernard Lee Nash, born December 7, 1927 in Montross, Virginia passed away peacefully at home in Sun City on March 7, 2010.He is survived by his loving wife, Lilla H. Nash; two children, Gail Isenberg of Cornwall, Vermont; Gary Nash of Delaplane, Virginia; three other children, Barclay A. Greene of Washington, DC and Sarasota, FL; Carolyn Elizabeth Greene of Potomac, Maryland and Sarah Lowry of Seattle, Washington. He leaves two brothers and four sisters as well as 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Four brothers and sisters predeceased him.Mr. Nash was born on a farm in the Northern Neck of Virginia, on land once part of the Robert E. Lee Plantation. He never forgot his roots and the rich history surrounding that area.Mr. Nash attended Randolph Macon Academy in Front Royal, Virginia and while there, excelled in academics as well as sports, having earned three RMA
