Betty Josephine Hauser Achille

Betty Josephine Hauser Achille, 84, widow of Irl T. Newton and John J. Achille, died Friday, May 2, 2008 at her home on Hilton Head Island, SC.She was born in Winston-Salem, NC on November 26, 1923. She was the daughter of the late Squire Elmer and Lora Alice Trulove Hauser.She had lived in Bluffton for the past thirty years. She was a retired Office Administrator for a CPA Firm. A member of the First United Methodist Church of High Point, NC and attended Bluffton United Methodist Church. She enjoyed playing cards and reading. She loved her family and friends.She is survived by her son, Fred S. (Marcia) Newton of Charlotte, NC; two daughters, Jenny Lee Newton of London, Ontario and Nancy (Mark) Phillips of Bluffton, SC; two brothers, Harry L. (Willie) Hauser of High Point, NC and Robert E. (Betty) Hauser of High Point, NC and grandchildren, Philip, Laura, Victoria (Tori), Jeremy, Bryant, Amelia and Trey.A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the Bluffton United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the First United Methodist Church, 512 Main St., High Point, NC 27260, Bluffton United Methodist Church, P.O.
