Beverly S. Allen

Beverly S. Allen, age 60 of Ridgeland, SC died Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Coastal Carolina Medical Center. Mrs. Allen was born in Miami, FL on October 14, 1953, the daughter of the late James D. Allen and Nina Brown Allen. She was a longtime resident of South Carolina and was of Baptist faith. Mrs. Allen is survived by her husband, Jerry Willis; son, Donovan Sheppard of Greenville, SC; daughter, Nina Allen of Ridgeland, SC; siblings, Michael Allen of Las Vegas, NV, Arlene Allen-Buono of Melbourne, FL, Timothy Allen of Orlando, FL, Bonnie McCarter of Lake City, FL, and Cheryl Perry of Bonita Springs, FL; and two grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held Friday, September 19, 2014 at the family residence in Ridgeland, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
