Beverly Mcguire

Beverly McGuire, age 74, of Bluffton, SC and formerly of Norcross, GA and Pompton Plains, NJ died Thursday, February 1, 2018 at home. Mrs. McGuire was born on August 20, 1943 in Paterson, NJ, the daughter of the late William C. and Agnes M. Decker. She worked with the First National Bank of Passaic in Totowa, NJ for many years, retiring as Assistant Vice President and later worked as an office manager with QMS Corporation in Alpharetta, GA. While living in Bluffton, Beverly was active with the Sun City Bowling League. Mrs. McGuire is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Frank McGuire; sons, Michael McGuire and Robert “BJ” McGuire (Jennifer); brother, James Decker; granddaughters, Hadley and Brooklyn McGuire; nieces and nephews, Todd Decker, Taryn Goldstein, Amanda Ferguson, and Matthew Stypul; and beloved pet, Dillon. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, remembrance may be made to Camp Green Dog Foundation, 1190 Argent Blvd., Ridgeland, SC 29936.
