Billy Lamb

Billy Lamb, 83, of Pineland, SC passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday, September 29th, 2020.

Billy was born in Pineland, SC on November 25, 1936 to the late William F. Lamb and Julia Mosley Lamb. He was a US Air Force Veteran and afterwards became a carpenter, specializing in home building. Billy was a Baptist and also enjoyed planting roses and working in his garden. He was a well-known musician that played both the acoustic and bass guitars.

Billy is survived by one daughter, Paula J. Carter (Mark) of Ridgeland, SC, two brothers, Frank Lamb of Spartanburg, SC, and Bobby Lamb of Manning, SC, one sister, Claire, six grandchildren; Jewel, Mark, Edward, Nickki, Page, Billy, and six great-grandchildren; Tony, Hayden, Andria, Billy, Alyssa, and A’Nyiah.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 2, 2020 beginning at 2:00 pm until the hour of the service at 3:00 pm at Sauls Funeral Home Chapel, 310 W. Adams St., Ridgeland with burial to follow in Sardis Cemetery.
