Billy Albert Moore

Billy Albert Moore, 79 of Ridgeland, SC passed away on Friday, January 9, 2015 at his son's home. He was born in Ocilla, Georgia on March 13, 1935. He was the son of the late A.L. Moore and Charlie Eubanks Moore. He was the owner of Moore's Auto Parts in Jacksonville, FL until he retired and moved to South Carolina. He was a member of the Cedar Creek Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on old tractors. He is survived by his wife, Edith W. Moore of Ridgeland; two sons, Billy Wayne Moore of Roberta, GA and Mark Allen Moore (Faye) of Ridgeland; one daughter, Nancy Thomas of Springfield, GA; one brother, Patt Moore of Roswell, GA; one sister, Ermajean Hayes of TN; grandchildren, Tanya Alice Moore, James Michael Fisher and Timothy Allen Moore (Bailey); and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, January 12, 2015 at Sauls Funeral Home Chapel, 310 W. Adams St., Ridgeland with burial in Ridgeland Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 pm until the hour of the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be sent in memory of Billy Albert Moore to the American Heart Association or charity of your choice.
