Bonnie Lorraine Burke, 63, of Bluffton, SC died Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Memorial Medical University after a long illness.She was born December 13, 1949 in Salisbury, NC. She was the daughter of the late Lawrence Bishop and Gladys Peacock Scott.She is predeceased by sister Donna Brewer Malphrus of Bluffton and two brothers, Bob and Bill Scott.Bonnie is survived by her husband, Glenn Alton Burke, Sr. of Bluffton, SC; a son, Glenn Alton Burke, Jr. of Bluffton, SC; a sister, Connie Reynolds of Hardeeville SC; Two grandchildren, Kara Burke and Keleigh Burke of Bluffton, SC and three nieces, Alicia Brewer of Bluffton, SC, Jessica Reynolds Kieffer of Hardeeville, SC and Deana Reynolds of Bluffton, SC.Bonnie was the owner of Morning Dove Cleaning of Bluffton for 15 years and then worked as a Kidney Dialysis Tech and Preceptor for Vivra at Okatie, SC for 12 years. Bonnie was a great daughter, wife of 40 years, mother, sister, aunt and grandmother and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.A funeral service will be held at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC, Monday March 25th at 12noon with burial following at Lowcountry Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11am until the hour of the service.
