Brad Alan Obenauf

Brad Alan Obenauf, 58, of Bluffton, SC passed away on Monday, October 19, 2009 at his home.He was born in Salem, OH on August 20, 1951. He was the son of the late Malcolm L. and Elsie Klingeman Obenauf.He was the chief of Financial Operations for General Electric (1973-1995). He was a former Chief Financial Officer for American Sunroof Corporation. He served as President and CEO of A.Y. Corporation from 1995 to 2000. He was a graduate of Ohio State. He was the Treasurer of the Ohio State Alumni Club of Hilton Head Island. He held various positions in the Belfair Associations. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed going to the beach. He was a member of Grace Coastal Church P.C.A.He is survived by his wife, Susan F. Obenauf of Bluffton, SC; two sons, Jeremy S. (Cyndi) Obenauf of Hilliard, OH and Chad H. (Kaitlin) Obenauf of Lansing, MI; one brother, Gregg L. (Dedi) Obenauf of Fairport, NY; and three grandchildren, Katrina Obenauf, Kendall Obenauf and Christian Obenauf.A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm, Friday, October 23, 2009 at the Lowcountry Presbyterian Church, 10 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton, SC. The family requests memorial donations be made to the Rafiki Foundation for African Orphans, P.O.
