Buddy Elton Bartell, 75 of Bluffton, SC passed away on Thursday December 29, 2011 at his home in Bluffton, SC.He was born Mount Clemons Michigan on April 22, 1936. He was the son of the late Mr. Carl and Helen Congdon Bartell.Mr. Bartell was Director of Engineering in the metal fabrication division of General Motors. He was a mason, a member of the Scottish Rite and a shriner. He was a member of Plymouth Rock lodge #47 in Plymouth Michigan.
