Cameron J. Harris-Jones

Cameron Jarrell Harris-Jones, born March 2, 2003 in Beaufort County, to James and Shawn Jones, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 10, 2026. He grew up on St. Helena Island, where he attended school, and later on found his two best friends, Charles and Kayle, at Beaufort High School. Cameron then moved to Ridgeland and graduated from Ridgeland High School in 2021. Cameron worked as a delivery driver for Espy Lumber Co., where he met his third best friend and coworker, Tony. Cameron loved his job and was always willing to help.

Cameron is survived by his parents, James and Shawn Jones; his siblings, Kalia, Leah, James, Devon, Shaniqua and Letice; an aunt, Hithenia, and an uncle, Brandon; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Cameron will be missed but never forgotten.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, January 19, 2026 at Sauls Funeral Home, 310 W. Adams St., Ridgeland. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Grahamville Cemetery following the funeral service.
