Carmen Peter Ferraro

Carmen Peter Ferraro (Butch), age 80, of Ridgeland, S.C. husband of Mildred Ferraro, passed away on March 6, 2020.

Carmen was born on November 13, 1939 in Far Rockaway, Queens, New York to the late Henry and Mary Ferraro. He was also the beloved brother to the late Henry Ferraro.

He was employed by the Hewlett school district and he retired in 1995 to the Hilton Head Island area.

Carmen's greatest love was his wife Mildred Ferraro, his three children Anne Marie Kelly, Henry Ferraro, James Ferraro.  He had nine grandchildren Richard Kelly, John Kelly, Andrew Kelly, Christopher Ferraro, Conner Ferraro, Courtney Ferraro, Emerson Ferraro, Jacob Broach and Joseph Broach. He also enjoyed his five great grandchildren Dominic Ferraro, Mark Broach, Landon Broach, Sophia Broach and Palmer Broach.

Carmen enjoyed being in the sunshine, playing golf and doing yard work around the home.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton.  Funeral services will begin at 4:00 pm at Sauls Funeral Home.
