Carolyn Morgan Coulter

Carolyn Morgan Coulter, 83, of Ridgeland, South Carolina departed this life on March 8, 2010 in Hardeeville, SC.She was born Soddy Daisy, Tennessee on November 19, 1926 to the late Wade and Jessie Peters Morgan.Mrs. Coulter was a longstanding member of Stoney Point Baptist Church in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. She drove a school bus for handicapped children and she was a homemaker.She leaves behind to mourn, four children, Odis Ann (Leroy) Norris of Beaufort, SC; Jimmy E. (Amelia) Coulter of Atlanta, GA; Constance Layne of Chattanooga, TN; Penny Peek of Cave Springs, GA; fourteen grandchildren; twenty four great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren and one sister, Eunice Lewis of Chattanooga, TN. She was preceded in death by her sister, Bobby Morgan.Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Sauls Funeral Home Chapel, 310 W. Adams Ave., Ridgeland, SC with burial in the Beaufort National Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 11, 2010 from 1:00 pm until the hour of service at the funeral home.Sauls Funeral Home of Ridgeland is assisting the family with their arrangements.
