She met her husband, Fabrizio P. Argueta, of 20 years in Denver, CO. They married in 2004 in Maui, HI and had their reception in Vail, CO. they enjoyed camping, skiing, hiking, and summiting 14,000 ft peaks. They lived the best of the mountain life for many years. In 2012 she moved to Jacksonville, Florida where she lived the “Salt Life”. From Destin to Jacksonville, Palm Coast to Key West, Sarasota and more, she experienced the best of Florida. She taught children with special needs and started a successful respite care business called Carrie’s Care Respite that looked after many families and individuals in Jacksonville and Orlando.
