Cecil Pinckney Reynolds, 75 died Wednesday, June 9th, at Hospice of Savannah. He was a Bluffton native where he lived his entire life. He was a 1952 graduate of Bluffton High School. He was the son of the late Edward G. Reynolds and Lula Padgett Reynolds. He was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jessica Ann Reynolds of Port Wentworth.He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Dianne Cooler Reynolds and two sons, Marshall of Port Wentworth and Michael (Liz) of Jacksonville, Florida, and one grandson, Joey of Bluffton and a granddaughter, Shannun Smart of Savannah. He was a 35-year career employee of Seaboard Coastline/CSX Railroad in Savannah where he retired in 1987. He also served as a Beaufort County magistrate for 24 years. Additionally, he further served his community with service on the Beaufort County Council for two years, served as the Bluffton Police Chief in 1965 and 1966 and was the first appointed Bluffton Fire Chief in the early 1970
