Chadwick A. Peters

CHADWICK ARTHUR PETERS, 77, Bluffton, S.C. passed away Saturday, July 20, 2024 after a stroke. He is survived by his wife, Eileen Marie Peters; a brother, Walt Peters; a stepsister, Eileen Kisiel; nephews, Charles Peters and Michael Peters; nieces, Mary Peters and Sara Peters; and stepchildren, Jeffrey Brumley and Angie Crosier. He was predeceased by a brother Ralph Peters and a step-brother Patrick “Johnny” Rametti. Peters previously held a long residency in Peterstown, W.Va. Peters was raised in Lewistown, Pa. and was educated at Hamilton High School West, Trenton, N.J. He was a motorcyclist and avid traveler. For many years he was a maintenance mechanic at Lockheed Martin in Mt. Laurel, N.J. He married Eileen Marie Peters on January 12, 1998 and they celebrated 26 wonderful years together, enjoying traveling, adventure and their dogs. There was nothing he loved more than a good trip, a good meal and listening to his favorite music. Peters was a devoted brother, always making time to visit his family in Pennsylvania and New Jersey annually. The highlight of his calendar was the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota and in his later years opening day of trout season in Mifflin County, Pa. His ashes will be spread in Mifflin County, Pa. amongst his brother and parents. Private celebrations to be held in Lewistown, P.A.
