Charles Howard Bailey

Charles Howard Bailey, age 80, passed away May 28, 2019 at his home in Ladson, SC.

Mr. Bailey was born March 9, 1939 in Beaufort, SC.  He was the son of the late Prince Leo Bailey and Gennevive Lowther Bailey who were residents of Ridgeland.

Mr. Bailey spent most of his life as a commercial builder.  He was an Independent Baptist.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid bow hunter.

Mr. Bailey is survived by his son, Dennis Ondrasek (Jeannene) of Moncks Corner, SC; his daughters, Deborah Bailey of Ladson, SC, Jenny Bailey of Aiken, SC and Gennieve Richardson of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Shanon Young, Dusty Moseley, Meaghan Frischkorn, David Richards, Rosa Garrett, Aubrey Dangerfield and many great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Bailey is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Bailey and grandson, David Elton Bailey.

The family will receive friends from 9:30 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Sauls Funeral Home, 310 W. Adams St., Ridgeland.  Graveside services will begin immediately after the visitation at Ridgeland Cemetery.
