Charles Edward Deal Iii

Charles Edward Deal III died at his home in Lady’s Island on March 12. Charlie was born and raised in New Jersey. He received his degree in electrical engineering from Florida State University. He was an Air Force veteran and worked on the Apollo 11 project, among other achievements. Charlie loved to fish and work on his boat. He is survived by his brother, sister, 3 daughters, 3 grandchildren, many cousins, and a host of friends. He was a beloved member of Water’s Edge United Methodist Church, 415 Sams Point Road, Beaufort, SC 29907, where donations may be made in his memory.
