Charles A. Waters
Charles A. Waters, 79, of Bluffton, SC passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026 after a brief illness. He was born in Roanoke Rapids, NC, the son of the late Rudolph and Lula Bryant Waters. He worked as a Design Engineer for Michelin Tire Company.
Charles is survived by his wife, Janet Waters; daughter, Candice Waters; brother, Rudy Waters; sister, Edith Waters; and several nieces and nephews.
Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton is assisting the family in caring for their loved one.
