Charlotte “Char” Renauer

Charlotte “Char” Renauer, age 80, of Sun City died Sunday, January 28, 2018 at home. Mrs. Renauer was born on July 24, 1937 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of the late Ralph and Charlotte Pomeroy Witherspoon. She worked as a dental assistant for many years and a sales representative for Pacific Telephone. Char is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, James “Jim” Renauer; sons, James Renauer (Beth) and Brian Renauer (Molly); sister, Pam Witherspoon; brother, John Witherspoon; and grandchildren, Megan, Ruth, and Quinn. Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton is assisting the family with a private funeral service. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
