Cheryl L. Pearce

Cheryl L. Pearce, 76, of Bluffton, SC passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025 at Canterfield Senior Living of Bluffton.

Cheryl was born March 31, 1949 to the late Joe Basco and Mary Compel Basco. She was raised in Aliquippa, PA, and lived in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA until moving to Hilton Head Island, SC in 1991 and then to Bluffton in 2004. She was a member of the Hilton Head Area Realtors Association throughout her 20+ year career selling real estate in the Lowcountry.

Cheryl was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and loved golf. She volunteered as a walking scorer for 30 years during the RBC Heritage, later becoming chair of the committee. She also volunteered at God’s Goods Thrift Store.

Cheryl is survived by her son, Mark Czajkoski of North Augusta, SC and several cousins and their families in PA.

The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm, Monday, December 1, 2025 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton.
