Chesley John Caldwell

Chesley John Caldwell, 82, husband of Marcia Connelly Caldwell, of Beaufort SC passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at his residence.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Baptist Church of Beaufort.

John was born on August 13, 1943. He is the son of the late Chesley John Caldwell, Jr & Elizabeth Moseley Caldwell.

His is preceded in death by his brother, Julian Thomas Caldwell.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Marcia, nephew Nicholas Caldwell (Nicole), Great nieces, Ava & Stella, daughter Tracy Jones (Scott) son Travis Bowers (Tiffany) – Grandchildren Christopher, Michael, Tyler, Cheryl, Conley and Annalee – Great-grandchildren Abby, Mason, Makenzie and Sapphire.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the animal shelter of your choice.
