Chester Wayne Carter, 62, passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville, SC.He was born in Claxton, GA on December 18, 1948 to the late William Henry Carter, Jr. and Joy Lynn Walling Carter.He was a Commercial Truck Driver.He is survived by his wife, Priscilla Leavitt Carter of Ridgeland, SC; two daughters, Allisha (Christian) Carter-Bagwell of Manhattan, KS; Kim (Johnny) Baxter-Key Cambell of Clifton, TX; brother, Curtis Lee (Gloria) Carter of Pembroke, GA; sister, Gloria Jean (Dean) Carter-Adams of Pembroke, GA; two grandchildren, Kristin Key of Waco, TX and Kristine Key of Hillsborough, TX.
