Claudette Pompey Lott

Claudette Pompey Lott, 76, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at her home in Yemassee, SC. She was born on July 19, 1935 in Ridgeland, SC to the late Casey Pompey and Mae Thomas Burns.She was a Beautician, Homemaker and a Pentecostal Preacher who wrote thirty four gospel hymns.She is survived by her husband, Robert A. Lott of Yemassee, SC; son, Danny Lee Lott of Savannah, GA; two sisters, Peggy Pompey of Spartanburg, SC; Angel Pompey of Beaufort, SC and two grandchildren, Jacob Lott and Kimberly Lott. She was preceded in death by her son, James Alton Broome and her sister Francis Hoover.Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, January 27, 2012 at the Beaufort National Cemtery in Beaufort, SC.
