Cora Lee Cochran Sumrall

Cora Lee Cochran Sumrall, 99 of Bluffton passed away on Friday, May 23, 2014 at Bloom at Belfair Gardens in Bluffton. She was born in Richton, Mississippi on May 2, 1915 to the late Lorenzo Dow and Ella Evelyn Burch Cochran. She is survived by her daughter, Evelyn Massey (Perry) of Bluffton, SC; two stepsons, Jerry Sumrall of Wiggins, MS and Bud Sumrall of Hattiesburg, MS; one sister, Ruby Dale Cochran White of Jackson, MS; 17 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by one son, Donald William Chapman Jr. and one stepson, Mody Sumrall. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 pm, Sunday, May 25, 2014 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 2:00 pm until the hour of the service. Memorials may be sent to the Okatie Baptist Church, 5467 N.
