Corinne Marie Trenholm

Corinne M. Trenholm, 87, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2014. Wife of the recently deceased WWII Veteran Warren J. Treholm, daughter of the late Harold and Mary (Henward) Guppy she is survived by her brother Harold Guppy of Lynn, Ma, four children; Kathryn (James) Dunkenberger, Lois Bredemeier, Pam (Charles) Fernandes, John (Liz) Trenholm, 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Born in Lynn, Massachusetts she worked for the Greater Lynn Senior Services and completed her Associates Degree in Social Services along with many certificates and awards for teaching lip reading. She was a member of the Evening Division of the Women's Club of America and also a very active member of St. Mary's Church in Lynn, Ma. Upon moving to South Carolina 7 years ago she joined Julie's Mission, crocheting hats for premature babies. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910 on Thursday, February 20, 2014. Visitation will be held at the funeral home at 9:30 to 10:40am followed by a mass at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church at 11am. She will be laid to rest with her husband of 64 years in the Beaufort National Cemetery at 2pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 333 Fording Island Road, Bluffton with burial in the Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC at 2:00 pm on Thursday. The family will received friends from 9:30 am until 10:30 am on Thursday at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd, Bluffton.
