Cynthia Ashing Collins

Cynthia Ashing Collins, 67, of Ridgeland, SC, wife of Randy Collins, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2020 at her home.

Cindy was born July 8, 1952 in Long Beach, CA to the late Joseph Leo Ashing and Thelma May Darling Ashing. She was a homemaker, loved horses and enjoyed fishing.  She was a member of Gillisonville Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, Cindy is survived by her sons, Ronald Jacob Lafler, Walter J. Lafler, and David Kyle Lafler, all of Ridgeland; daughter, Shannon Lafler Hernandez of Ridgeland; brothers, Ronald Ashing (Denise) of Charleston, SC and Joey Leo Ashing (Doreen) of Summerville, SC; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Sauls Funeral Home of Ridgeland is assisting the family with arrangements.
