Cynthia Voss Koehler, 77, of Bluffton, SC, widow of Edward Clinton Koehler, died Tuesday, July 15, 2008, in Hilton Head Regional Medical Center, Hilton Head Island, SC.She was born in Syracuse, NY on October 7, 1930. She was the daughter of the late George A., Jr. and Jeanette Addis Voss.She was a devoted wife and loving mother. She moved to Bluffton, SC in 1998.
