David Brian Nettles, Jr., 31 of Hilton Head Island, SC passed away on October 12, 2017 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital, Beaufort, SC.

Brian was born in Savannah, GA on October 2, 1986 to David B. Nettles, Sr. and Kathryn Rumple Kipp.

Brian was a jack of all trades and was most recently building and remodeling homes; he was a Baptist and he loved to hunt and fish.

Brian is survived by his father and stepmother, David B. and Julie Pye Nettles of Bluffton; his mother and stepfather, Kathryn R. and Douglas Kipp of Pooler, GA; his brother, Jesse Nettles of Easley, SC; his paternal grandfather, Ted Nettles of Walterboro, SC and his maternal grandparents, Paul and Elizabeth Rumple of Charleston, SC; his fiancé, Krista Kurkul of Hilton Head Island, SC; his uncles, Ted Nettles Jr. (Janelle) of Charleston, SC and Larry Rumple (Mari) of Charleston, SC; his cousin, Rebekah Rumple of Charleston, SC; step sisters and brothers: Jessica Ann Thomas (Hilton Head Island) The Parrish family, Nita, Trina and Dempsey Parrish all of Bluffton, SC and Amanda Cabadon (Vinnie) of San Diego, CA. Along with many nieces and nephews and extended family.
