Debra Lee [Smith] Ray died unexpectedly Tuesday Jan. 19th at 5:22 pm, age 57, of a massive heart attack. Debbie is survived by her partner of 18 years Mark W. Wagner, her parents Herbert and Patricia Smith and her sisters Linda and Karen. In lieu of flowers please make a contribution in her name to Wounded Warrior Project or to your nearest ASPCA.
